SHIPPING and ORDERS

Our goal is to ship orders within 1-2 days. Custom Orders and orders placed during busy times of the season could be delayed 1-2 additional days.

You will receive a tracking number when your order is packaged. This will be the most up to date information on your order. Shipping carriers do experience delays, we have no control over their process or transit times so shipping times are estimates.

Express shipping will have faster delivery times and more up to date tracking over Economy shipping.

If you require faster shipping over Economy or Express, please contact us for a quote. Include what you will be ordering, your shipping address, when you need it by and your phone number or email address.

We do not ship internationally.

RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS

Custom Orders are not eligible for Returns or Order Cancellations once production starts.

If a product is broken upon delivery, please email us a picture of the broken product and a picture of the packaging. We will contact you for a replacement or refund.

If a product breaks within 14 days after receiving, it may be eligible for a replacement. Send us a picture of the break and any relevant information and we can determine if it was a manufacturing defect. If a product breaks due to abuse or not following the throwing instructions provided with the implement, it is not eligible for replacement. Products used outside the 14 days from being received are not eligible for replacement.

A product can be returned if the product is unused and still in the shipping bag. Shipping costs are not refunded.
